Shoe of the moment?
(Ph. via/Jak&Jil)
Dsquared have always been about the street style; hats, jackets knee highs socks and bright colours, but now we're seeing deep reds, black, leather and ummm.. spinal cords on our feet!
The ad campaign based on an art gallery/museum theme is absolutely brilliant in my opinion.. yes there's random nudity, blood and a floating male model, but i think it perfectly encompasses the style of their new collection, which is certainly a little different from their normal style to say the least.
The twins, Dan and Dean, clearly have bigger and maybe slightly darker plans for their brand and for now i'm going to sit at the sidelines and watch.. until of course those amazing strappy skeleton shoes are in front of me, that's when i'll have to get involved.
