One of my favourite things to do in Christchurch is visiting the Sunday Market, where literally one man's junk is another's treasure. There are so many nicknacks but the best of all is the vintage accessories.
Last Sunday, Engy and me stumbled upon this lady who was selling off A LOT of vintage jewellery which she had bought at an auction all belonging to one lady named Mary, who's story is unknown but has been a puzzle we've working on solving. (She showed us a letter addressed to Mary and we figured out from her upside down pocket watch and name tag that she was a nurse.) We also found a guy selling off a lot of old records which we ended up buying way too many of including some really old Beatles records and a lady selling old buttons which i bought to DIY on blazers. So much fun!!
