NY Fashion Week: Victoria Beckham F/W '11
I'll admit straight out that i was not a fan of the idea of Victoria Beckham being a designer.. but on multiple occasions she's created pieces that had me secretly fall in love with.. so i think i owe it to VB as a designer in her 4th show to cover the collection, which i think is absolutely gorgeous.
I especially liked how VB took a different direction with her designs, making them much more loose than the usual form fitting garment she continuously presented. This latest collection offers more to the ordinary woman. The palette of colours she used was also very refreshing and youthful and blended in perfectly with the choice of fabrics she selected for these highly refined pieces.
There are definitely several pieces that will be on my wishlist and its safe to say you might be seeing more of VB on this blog.
