Jimmy Choo celebrates 15th anniversary with Crystal collection

Jimmy Choo is celebrating its 15th anniversary year with its own signature version of the traditional 15th anniversary gift of Crystal. The Crystal Anniversary collection will be unveiled during the coming year to celebrate the 15 year heritage of the brand. Within this new Crystal Anniversary collection, the signature Jimmy Choo jewelled shoes have been updated for a new generation in a number of shapes, from wild Glamazon to princess pretty. To mark the occasion Jimmy Choo Founder and Chief Creative Officer Tamara Mellon is collaborating with photographer and painter Marilyn Minter to create imagery of the Crystal Anniversary Collection. The star piece of the Crystal Anniversary collection is the MARINE heel (pictured here), a soft strapped nappa leather shoe with 15 crystal discs wrapping the foot with long straps tied in bondage fashion. The Crystal Anniversary Collection is available now from Jimmy Choo stand-alones in Sloane Street and New Bond Street as well as Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Westfield. Prices for the anniversary collection range between £395.00 to £1595.00
