"The other side of love" is the latest collection by Australian label; Friend of Mine. Launched in 2009 by designer Teale Talbot, the label's concept is easy, beach meets grunge. Mixing confidence with a modern chic feminine appeal, the collection sums up dreams of rock 'n roll, surf grunge, and non-contrived romance.

I love how the pieces are all designed to exude the effortlessly chic look. Each of their 3 collections has stayed true to the label's aesthetic whilst incorporating a new palette of colours and designs influenced by popular pop culture. Through a mix of simple pieces injected with animal prints, tonal textures, washed denim and natural colours, complimented by stand-out accessories like the line of buckled, wedged and stacked footwear.
