QWHO is a new fashion, art, music and culture magazine, made and published in Tel Aviv, Israel. After initially launching online at the end of June, there will also be a 170-page bi-monthly publication launching 1 July available from selected stockists in London, Berlin, New-York, Paris and Hong Kong.QWHO aims to create a platform for emerging artists, designers and musicians to showcase their work by bringing the content to a younger, more fashion aware audience.
