DAKS has announced the launch of DAKS SPORT, a new casualwear line for SS12. This will complement the established ready-to-wear menswear, womenswear and accessory ranges and is inspired by the heritage of the brand, which has been involved with Sport since the 1950’s. The new collection is inspired in particular by golf, sailing, tennis and polo. The colours of the traditional DAKS House Check have been reworked for DAKS SPORT into grey, carmine red and white, while include tricot, jersey and cotton piqué.The collection will be launched in its entirety for the first time at Pitti Uomo in Florence in June and at a launch to buyers and press in Milan on 20 June.
