British womenswear designer, William Tempest, unveils his Spring 2011 collection during New York Fashion Week at the Lincoln Centre on 13 September 13. This will mark Tempest’s first show at New York Fashion Week. This season William Tempest’s directional style takes on a romantic twist with the collection ‘The Sirens’ Song’.
