The feathery flower

Wore this today and i got some pretty interesting looks, some were supportive others were puzzled.. i don't know if it's the fact that i was wearing a lace skirt or that i had a big feathery flower on my belt..oh well people will never be approving all the time..

I picked up this skirt from H&M a while back and i have worn it so much, simply because it can go formal and it can go casual.. so i could basically live in it!
